The Israeli Artists Project (IAP) presents: SCOOP, an original Israeli play by Yair Packer, directed by Charlotte Cohn, with original music by David Broza!
March 15-25 | Roy Arias Stages, 777 8th Ave., New York, NY.
SCOOP is an original Israeli play that explores how far people will go for their loved ones and personal interests when faced with tough moral dilemmas. It uses the backdrop of the Israeli Jewish-Arab conflict as a catalyst to the plot but doesn't go into politics. The second act reveals the aftermath of the choices made by the characters, and their tragic irreversible consequences.
The Israeli Artists Project (IAP) is a new theater group formed by Yoni Vendriger and Mor Cohen. It comprises an array of multidisciplinary Israeli theater creatives and performers, with the ultimate goal of showcasing more Israeli theater works in New York, performed in their original language (Hebrew). Each play will be performed both in Hebrew and English alternately by the same cast.
