THE AMERICAN PLAY by Ashley Jacobson (developed by Ashley Jacobson and Alexandra Siladi) is the sinister tale of a burgeoning friendship in an increasingly sociopathic society hell-bent on making monsters of its men and objects of its women. The world premiere of this original theatrical work, inspired by Bret Easton Ellis' novel American Psycho, coincides with the 20th anniversary of the book's publication.
The Dirty Blondes is a new Brooklyn based theater company comprised of founders Alexandra Siladi (director), Elizabeth Sarkady (manager), and Ashley Jacobson (playwright).
