The Creatives' House opens their 2019 season on August 16 with Juel Brown's original classical comedy 'Becoming Gwendolyn'.
"Becoming Gwendolyn fits right in with the classics we know and love, yet offers a fresh story that keeps us on the edge of our seats. Audiences will leave fighting for love!"
Performed at the Maja Prentice Theatre in Mississauga, with only 3 performances over August 16 and 17. Written by Juel Brown, directed by Krystal Grange, and starring Bryanna Pacey, Nate Colitto, Kaia Richardson, David Rachfalowski, and Erik Hutten.
"The story-telling immerses audiences into a world that challenges the meaning of love, and how far one can go to achieve it. Becoming Gwendolyn manages to tug at our heart strings while causing us to literally laugh out loud."
Featuring a cast of well trained actors, including graduates from Randolph Performing Arts, Humber College, and Seneca College with over 45 collective credits.
Tickets are $20 and are on sale online at Eventbrite.ca, via EMT to thecreativeshouse@gmail.com, or in person at the Maja Prentice Theatre one hour before each show. 20% of profits support local and international charities.
