The Austrian Cultural Forum New York presents the US premiere of THE ROAD TO HAPPINESS, a dark comedy about relationships written by Ursula Knoll and directed by Markus Hirnigel. The play opens on Wednesday, March 16 at 8:00PM, with additional performances on March 17 and March 18 at 8:00PM. Taking cues from Arthur Schnitzler's LA RONDE, THE ROAD TO HAPPINESS follows four characters caught up in personal quandaries on their very own roads to happiness - in search of success, beauty, purpose, and fullfillment. The play offers American audiences a glimpse of Austrian mentalities at work.

The play is produced by Stephanie Schmiderer and Markus Hirnigel, directed by Markus Hirnigeland the cast includes Ragini Bhaumik, Margi Douglas, Brady Kirchberg, Markus Hirnigel and Stephanie Schmiderer as Josef Goebbel's wife, Magda Quandt.
