Artist-entrepreneur Suzana Stankovic presents the talk Producing Your Own Show: Owning Your Voice & Manifesting Your Vision, a special talk for artists of all disciplines and backgrounds, today May 6, 2012 - 3:00-7:00pm followed by a Q&A at Vlada Lounge in New York City.
Stankovic's talk is in honor of her dog, Luca Baby Stankovic, March 11, 1998 - November 25, 2011.
"Luca gave me the courage not just to dream but to dare to do," said Stankovic. "I knew that no matter what happened he'd love me the same when I got home. He taught me to live with the open heart of a child. I was so blessed and fortunate to share nearly fourteen years with such a beautiful, pure soul. Thank you Luca! I will love you forever."
"Vlada Lounge proudly supports animal welfare," said Billy Hanon, Jr., Manager, Vlada Lounge. Vlada Lounge will donate .50 from every drink purchase and $1.00 from every food purchase from their delicious menu to Stray From the Heart.
The goal of the event is to inspire and empower artists to go from dreaming to doing. No matter what your resources or level of experience you can take ownershp of your artistic voice. Whether you're a novice or a pro, Suzana's talk will inspire and empower you in new ways while benefitting rescue dogs.
Suzana will talk about the logisics of self-producing and will share hard-earned, time-tested tools and tips. She will also speak on matters of the heart and the artist's seat of power: love, vision, identity and courage.
