Symphony Space's 2013-14 Just Kidding season kicks off today, October 5th at 11 am and 2pm with a return performance by Story Pirates, a nationally acclaimed troupe of actors who take original stories submitted by children and create outlandishly funny sketches and mini-musicals that leave kids and their parents howling in the aisles.
With fans of all ages, Story Pirates believe every child has a story to tell. Described as "Monty Python meets Schoolhouse Rock," the show is pitched perfectly to grownups and kids alike.Story Pirates will delight and surprise the audience with puppets, songs and outrageous sketches, all the while motivating kids to pick up a pencil and write down their own fantastic adventures.Just Kidding offers an adventure in the performing arts for kids ages 2 to 7 and their grownups.
