FRIGID New York presents A Rising Sun Performance Company Production, Sporknotes, conceived and directed by Jason Tyne, with five performances only! February 28 - March 7.

"A team of highly unskilled non-academics perform improvised abridged versions of the great works of literature as chosen by the audience based on nothing more than an unabridged plot summary, describe press notes.

Featuring Rising Sun Ensemble & Guest Artists: Andrea Snell, Brian Schell, Chris Enright, Courtney Boddie, Jonathan Desley, Josh Hyman, Julie Bain & Crystal Franceshini. Production Manager P. William Pinto.

Show times are Thursday February 28 at 10:30PM; Friday February 29 at 9PM; Sunday March 2 at 2:30PM; Thursday March 6 at 6PM; and Friday March 7 at 6PM at The Kraine Theater (85 East 4th Street at 2nd Ave). No wheelchair access (F train to 2nd Avenue)

Join us as the world's foremost experts on literature culled from the area's finest bars, subway stations and unemployment lines gather to adapt & improvise the greatest works of literature live on stage for optimal audience confusion.
