Shortened Attention Span Announces One Act Festival

Right on the heels of their Sold-Out Baseball Festival, Shortened Attention Span announces their Second Annual One Act Festival. The Shortened Attention Span will showcase the writings of twenty up and coming writers over four weeks.The plays deal with a wide range of topics from Blind dates gone wrong, a struggling writer whose characters fight him to the horrors of cohabitation and the results of God walking into a bar. This festival will feature the premiere of Because You Should from Concetta Rose Rella.  Ms. Rella's play Mama's Boys was the recipient of the Audience Favorite Award at the Shortened Attention Span Baseball Festival.

This June, Shortened Attention Span will produce Twenty Original Short Plays in four separate programs.  The festival will again be held at The Players Loft in The Players Theatre, 115 Macdougal St, NY, NY 10012.  Thursdays-Sundays (Thursday-Saturday @ 8pm, Sundays @ 3pm).

Shortened Attention Span was founded by Carlo Rivieccio and Christy Benanti in 2007 as a means for up and coming writers to develop their craft and have their worked fully performed in front of an audience.
