Nu•ance Theatre Company's production of Hamlet, directed by John DeSotelle is being seen by a vast audience these days thanks to its extensive video and television coverage. Ginger Broderick hosted a special episode of her television show, Ginger New York, featuring director, John DeSotelle, and members of the cast including Jack Wink, making his New York debut as Prince Hamlet. Scroll down for photos!

They are employing medieval and renaissance theatrical techniques -- with a 21st century twist -- to create a visually stunning production exploring the web of stories within this oft-examined work of brilliance. Their experimental stage will be transformed into a castle in the 16th Century complete with a drawbridge, ramparts, and ghost... not an actor playing one... but a visual effect as old as the dark ages! John DeSotelle has gathered a powerful cast and imbued them with his own celebrated method of Meisner-based training method.

DeSotelle's ambitious take on William Shakespeare's most enigmatic tale runs through February 25, 2017 on the Main Stage of John DeSotelle Studio 300 West 43rd Street, Third Floor, New York City. Tickets at www.nuancetheatre.com.
