Concrete Temple Theatre presents The Bellagio Experience: featuring a photography exhibition by Stefan Hagen, tours and panels on the topic of water, and the World Premiere play The Bellagio Fountain has been known to Make Me Cry, written by Renee Philippi, co-directed by Eric Nightengale and Renee Philippi, designed by Carlo Adinolfi, with original music composed by Joseph C. Phillips Jr. All events take place at Studio 301 at English Kills, located at 301 Ten Eyck Street between Waterbury and Bogarts Streets in Brooklyn, April 30 - May 3, 2015. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast onstage below!

With The Bellagio Experience, Concrete Temple Theatre (CTT) brings our attention to the power and importance of water, by choosing to perform in venues near bodies of water that are rich in the history of water-usage in NYC. At Studio 301 at English Kills this spring, they present one block from English Kills, and in September at the Irondale Center, they present near the Gowanus Canal. Both were once creeks that became part of the busiest industrial area in the USA, before evolving into what they are today. To inform their conversation about water, CTT have invited experts with unique insights into local and global water to share their knowledge with audiences.

Two Floridians dream of a fantastic escape to Las Vegas. There's just one minor problem, the ground is sinking beneath them. Pairing women and water as metaphors for one another, The Bellagio Fountain has been known to Make Me Cry explores themes of conservation and regeneration, and at its heart, our eternal quest for happiness.

The cast includes Carlo Adinolfi (Geppetto: Extraordinary Extremities at SoHo Playhouse & HERE, The Whale at Barrow Street Theatre), Melissa Hurst (Cause Celeb! at Joe''s Pub, One Neck with Atlantic Theatre Co.), Lisa Kitchens (Everything You Touch at Rattlestick, Napoli! at American Conservatory Theater), Naima Ramos (dancer with Jazz at Lincoln Center Alvin Ailey & Genesis Dance Co.) and Mark Smaltz (Oh, Kay! on Broadway, Troilus and Cressida with NY Shakespeare Festival).

The production team includes Carlo Adinolfi (Set Design), Joseph C. Phillips Jr. (Original Music), Casey McLain and Eric Nightengale (Lighting Design) and Casey McLain (Production Stage Manager).

The April 30 - May 3 performances of The Bellagio Fountain has been known to Make Me Cry are Thursday and Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 3pm and 8pm, and Sunday at 3pm. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students and seniors and can be purchased online at ConcreteTempleTheatre.com or by calling 646-234-0399.
