Performances for BRILLIANT TRACES begin tonight at The WorkShop Theater (312 W 36th St, New York, NY 10018) and continue through Sunday, March 4th, 2018. Opening Night is Saturday, February 17 (8:00 p.m.).
Starring Alyssa May Gold* (Broadway's Arcadia) and Blake Merriman.
A blizzard rages outside a remote cabin in the wilds of Alaska. Henry Harry is jolted awake by the insistent knocking of an unexpected visitor, Rosannah DeLuce-fleeing Arizona and her impending marriage. Two wounded, embittered by life, refugees of "civilization" confined to a snowbound cabin, are simultaneously attracted and repelled by each other, as they explore the pain of the past and, in time, consider the possibilities of the present.
Featuring scenic design by Matthew S. Crane, lighting designer Paul T. Kennedy, and costume design by Todd Trosclair. Valentine Aprile is the associate director, and Craig Rosenthal is the stage manager. Produced by Art of Warr Productions, Ruddy Productions, Stonestreet Studios, George Gross, Derrick Moore and Gene Pope.
