92YTribeca is 92nd Street Y's downtown arts and culture venue in New York City. Opened in October 2008, 92YTribeca presents music, comedy, film, theater, talks, classes, family events, and Jewish community and holiday programs in a versatile, street-level, modern space at 200 Hudson Street. In addition to the mainstage and screening room, the venue houses an art gallery, lounge, bar, café, seminar and meeting rooms, and free Wi-Fi around the space. With programs developed by a professional curatorial team in partnership with staff, local artists and arts organizations, new-media companies, fellow presenters, and community and cause-based organizations, 92YTribeca aims to engage a diverse community of young people from around the New York area with smart, relevant programming that encourages participation and conversation. BIG, EASY STYLE: CREATING ROOMS YOU LOVE TO LIVE IN

Attention Mad Men fans, New Orleans lovers and style aficionados. With the Big Easy as his muse, Bryan Batt-Mad Men's "Sal Romano," and owner of the Big Easy's most popular home décor store-shows how to easily pull together a space that's fearless and colorful with plenty of panache. Hazelnut, Batt's New Orleans home décor boutique, has been featured in The New York Times, House Beautiful and InStyle. His new book is Big, Easy Style (Clarkson Potter, October 4, 2011). Batt's Broadway credits include roles in Beauty and the Beast, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cats and Starlight Express.

The Eclectic is a new concert series that gives a modern flair to the cabaret tradition. Produced by Rashad V. Chambers and Michael T, who also serves as music director and host, the theme for the evening is "A Night in New York." Each performer will sing a song that represents who they are, their lifestyle and the type of music they like. Expect to hear songs from Gershwin, Luther Vandross, Martina McBride, Guns N' Roses, Sondheim, Louis Armstrong and many more. Performers include: Jonathan Batiste (Treme); Allison Blackwell (Porgy and Bess); musician Matt Siffert; Tess Soltau (The Addams Family); Dennis Stowe (Shrek, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels); musician Alfonso Velez; violinist Charles Yang; and Joshua Henry (Tony nominee for The Scottsboro Boys).

***UPDATED***ISLAND SONG CONCERT READING
Acclaimed musical theater team Sam Carner and Derek Gregor (Unlock'd) present a developmental concert reading of their new project, Island Song, a piece about isolation and connection in contemporary urban life, directed by Adam Fitzgerald (Artistic Director of kef theatrical productions). This song cycle tells the stories of people making it through the day and night in the city and all their painful, beautiful and funny experiences along the way. Confirmed performers include Autumn Hurlbert (Legally Blonde), Nick Gaswirth (York Theatre's Minne's Boys), and Andi Alhadeff.
