New York Musical Theatre Fest. Memberships Go On Sale 5/16

Memberships for the 5th annual New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), which runs September 15 to October 5, 2008, will be available for purchase by the general public on May 16, beginning at 10am.  For further information, please go to www.nymf.org or call 212-352-3101.
 
Every September, NYMF serves as an indispensable showcase for more than 30 original and innovative new musicals by composers and writers from across the nation (and overseas).  As well, NYMF annually offers over 50 concerts and special events during the Festival, along with the NYMF @ Nite after-hours series, which includes the NYMF Broadway Prom party and the ever-popular Broadway Idol competition.
 
NYMF memberships enable theatre goers to book their choice of performances a month before tickets go on sale to the general public, and receive complimentary tickets (up to a dozen).   Members also receive priority seating at the theater, as well as access to exclusive programming, insider information, and other benefits.  In addition, members get free admission to opening night parties and special NYMF programs throughout the year.
 
Memberships have become one of the most popular audience features at the festival -- hundreds of memberships were sold last year.  This year NYMF members will be able to book seats August 1, while seats to the general public won't go on sale until September 1.

NYMF Silver Memberships are $100 each (including a $40 tax-deductible contribution) and include FOUR complimentary tickets with guaranteed access to the shows of Member's choice.  Silver Membership benefits also include advance seating at NYMF shows before doors open for general admission, member discounts for NYMF Partner Events and local restaurants, acknowledgment on the NYMF website, and an invitation for 2 to the NYMF Opening Celebration on September 15.
 
NYMF Gold Memberships are $200 each (including a $60 tax-deductible contribution) and include EIGHT complimentary tickets with guaranteed access to the shows of Member's choice.  Gold Membership benefits include all the benefits of Silver Membership, as well invitations to special Member Events, and 25 % off admission to all NYMF @ Nite Events.
 
NYMF Platinum Memberships are $300 each (including a $104 tax-deductible contribution) and include 12 complimentary tickets with guaranteed access to the shows of Member's choice.  Platinum Membership benefits include all the benefits of Gold Membership, as well as an invitation for 2 to private NYMF Readings and access to purchase additional tickets during the exclusive members-only period for only $20 per ticket without additional service charges.
