Pregones/PRTT announces Bronx encore performances of 2018 FUERZAfest play competition winner MR MR & DR DR, produced by Puerto Rican theater company Desde Allá. The show won awards for Best Production, Best Playwright, and Outstan- ding Performance. Presented in Spanish with English language supertitles, the play is written by Ian Robles, directed by Janilka Romero, and features actors Christopher Cuevas and Luis Ponce. Strictly limited engagement, only three performances: October 19-21 in The Bronx.
SYNOPSIS: Two crazy dreamers against the world! Two men living among garbage cans dream of being the best street-performers in the city. They will have to fight against a society in which they are invisible. A daring and imaginative story! Tendrán que luchar contra una sociedad en la que son invisibles. ¡Una historia audaz e imaginativa!
