Ditko tells the story of Steve Ditko, a comic book illustrator virtually forgotten by the masses, but celebrated by comic book fans everywhere," reads the description. "Chronicling his rise in the comic book industry, Dtiko is instrumental in Marvel's success by co-creating two of comics most iconic characters, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange and several of DC's silver age icons, Hawk and Dove, Shade the Changing Man, and the Creeper. Ditko also worked for virtually every other publisher of note including Warren, Charlton, Pacific, and Eclipse, co-creating other iconic characters like Mr. A, the Question and Blue Beetle."

The cast includes Derek Laurendeau, Geoff White, Emily Lamarre, Samantha Acampora, Nick Tvaroha, Dave Almeida,Tonia Klemp, o, Christopher Ferreira, Mindy Britto, Jonah Coppolelli, Timothy DeLisle and Anne Wareham Bowman. DEREK LAURENDEAU (Steve Ditko) Derek had been involved with local theater for the last six years. He has worked with 20 Cent. Fiction, The New Place Players, The Theater Company of Rhode Island, and the North River Theater. This is his second performance with Daydream Theater and you can see him in the feature film Codename: Dynastud in the role of Bart.

Geoff White (Stan Lee) has been in bands, in theatre, and in local films. Geoff graduated in Cumberland in the year 1980. He's been per- forming from Woonsocket to Westerly for over four decades. Recent roles include Wolf Hall and Life Sucks at Epic Theatre Company andLovers and Other Strangers at Pawtucket Community Players. Video evidence of this are in love films from Scorpio Film Releasing such as Long Night in a Dead City, Strapped for Danger, Codename: Dynastud and Murder University. Past offenses in this building include Rise's The Crucible and Ant'ny Claus. Prayers for Mom (Dollie White)

SAMANTHA ACAMPORA (Betty) Samantha recently returned to the RI stage after a near- ly 6-year absence due to getting kicked out of Holly- wood for her inability to get a tan. It's been a decade since her last Schwartz theatre production, but you can find her in a bunch of his weird indie movies, includng the recently released Code Name: Dynastud. Previous theatrical credits include Vera (And Then There Were None - RISE), Annie Sullivan (The Miracle Worker - RIC), and Marta (Company - URI). Her life's mission is to pet every dog, and all the rumors you've ever heard about her are true.

ANNE BOWMAN (Ayn Rand) Anne is thrilled to be working with this incredibly tal- ented cast and writer/director. She was first bitten by the "theatre bug" at the age of seventeen, when she filled in running lights for a Cape Cod play. Although it was a great experience, she quickly realized that she longed to be onstage rather than behind the scenes, and is always grateful for the opportunity to be there. Anne most recently appeared in the RISE's productions of Pride and Prejudice and Sweeney Todd.

JONAH COPPOLELLI (Boy, John) Jonah is a 15 year old actor from Rhode Island. He has been acting since he was 8 years old in Film, Theatre, and voice over work. He recently landed first commercial! He is very excited to be back working with Daydream Theatre and Lenny Schwartz for a second time. His first experience was as Young Fred in Co-Creator. He would like to thank Lenny, Daydream Theatre Company for this opportunity!

TIMOTHY DELISLE (Eric, Greg) Tim is proud to be making his return to the stage after a 6 year hiatus. He has appeared in many productions, including The Maidens Prayer, The Shape of Things, Noises Off, among many others. He is an avid fan of the Bos- ton Red Sox and The Grateful Dead. He is a father of one daughter, Addison.

DAVE ALMEIDA (Jack Kirby, Dad) Dave continues his journey into theatre as he tackles another role with friend and colleague Lenny "The Calendar Man" Schwartz! In previous story arcs, Dave has fought Glengarry Glen Ross, co-directed Co- Creator-The Bill Finger Story, and tangled with The Man From Earth with The Attleboro Community Theatre! Dave arm wrestled Lucy, investigated Subject 62 and matched wits with the Co-Creator with Daydream, and battled The Hound of The Baskervilles with RISE! Dave thanks his partner in marriage Nancy, his Dad who brought him his first comics, and his family and friends for all their support!

CHRIS FERREIRA (Army Sergeant, Dick)
Chris has been acting for 20+ years in the Rhode Is- land theater community. He has previously appeared as Sherlock Holmes in The Hound of the Baskervilles for RISE as well as acting in many shows written by Lenny, including playing Bill Finger in Co-Creator. Chris couldn't be happier to be working again with RISE and Mr. Schwartz. He also enjoys reading comic books by day and fighting crime at night. He looks forward to his next acting gig and he hopes that you all enjoy the show and learn some comic book history! N'uff Said!

EMILY LAMARRE (Jane, Leslie) Emily has acted at Attleboro Community Theatre in the past and some of her past roles include, Sally Ann in American Strippers written by Kevin Broccoli and Candy Starr in One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest. She is very thankful for all of her family and friends continuously supporting her.

LENNY SCHWARTZ is a writer/director of such plays as Subject 62, Kung-Fu Babies, The Inside of His Severed Head, Ben Minus Zoe Minus Ben, The Social Avenger andCo-Creator amongst many others. He is also the screen- writer of such films as Murder University, Normal, Acci- dental Incest and the upcoming The Haunted and The Hunted, Codename: Dynastud (Scorpio FIlms Releasing)Long Night in a Dead City (Scorpio Film Releasing) andHigher Methods (IM Filmworks) as well as a few more things he cannot talk about. His next plays are Me Three: A Guide to New Beginnings (April 2019 here!!) and A Seduction of the Innocent (Fall 2019) Lenny is also a columnist for the website Forces of Geek.
