KEEPIN' COZY SHOW Cast Announced at The Players Theatre Image

The wild, witty and just a little bit wet "The Keepin' Cozy Show with Kitten Solloway" has confirmed the cast for February's upcoming performance on Saturday, February 25th at 9:30pm.

"The Keepin' Cozy Show" is an improvised and darkly comic take on the television specials of the 1950s and '60s. Presented every other month at The Players Theatre, the show features a rotating cast of improvisers, actors, musicians, and otherwise talented performers warming themselves by the glow of the glamorous host Kitten Solloway, "Hollywood's Most Available Ingenue" played by creator Annie-Sage Whitehurst (UCB, Limetown, AquaNet & Funyuns).

February's show features several familiar faces: returning "favorite friend" Langston Belton (PUFFS, Marvel Entertainment), Carmine Limoncello played with panache and prosciutto by Sal Joseph (The PIT, Impro-Vention), Kitten's agent/nephew, Bartholomew Solloway played by Maggie Metnick (Man Up, The PIT), and Kitten's emotional support musician, Sophocles Rust played by Robert Price (ComedySportz, The Rust Brothers).

Rounding out the cast of February's Keepin' Cozy Players are new faces Michelle Drozdick ("Message in a Bottle", Flash Fiction Magazine) Josh Hurley ("Letters from Camp", The Tarot Sequence series audiobooks), and JP Lacouture (Skip Intro, The PIT).

February's show is the fifth live installment of Kitten's story at The Players Theatre, following several successful and murder-free performances in 2022 with past special guests Josh Flitter, Rory Scholl, Adin Lenahan and Maura Mazurowski.

Somewhere between PeeWee Herman, Norma Desmond, and Jean-Paul Satre lives Kitten Solloway, "Hollywood's Most Available Ingenue".

...technically speaking, she's been squatting at The Players Theatre. Tired of being critically ignored and generally abandoned, little Kitten has decided to open her doors to YOU, The Public, and invite you all over for just a bissel of coziness in today's ridiculously UNCOZY world.

The Keepin' Cozy Show was created during NYC's 2020 Lockdown, and first aired as part of the comedy network @SociallyDistantLive's InstagramLive weekly programming in March 2020. After restrictions were lifted in NYC (and after 50+ weekly shows in character), Kitten Solloway has graced stages, backrooms, and basements across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.

The Keepin' Cozy Show is presented through The Players Theatre's residency program.
