The 13th Street Repertory Theater premieres a controversial new play written and directed by Jacqueline Wade, BLACK PANTHER WOMEN today, April 22.

The men of the Black Panther Party changed the course of history in the turbulent 60s & 70s... what about the women?

BPW boasts an all-female cast playing both the men and the women of the militant organization which sought to transform a system of racial oppression.

The 13th Street Repertory Theater, 50 West 13th Street, NYC, hosts a limited run of this powerful new work.

Current performance schedule: Friday, April 22, Sunday, April 24, and Sunday, May 1 at 7:30pm; Wednesday, May 11 at 7:00 pm; and Sunday, May 15 and 22 at 3:00 pm.
