INCENDIARY AGENTS Plays at the Ohio Theatre, Now thru 3/24

Nylon Fusion Theatre Company presents Jack Karp's Incendiary Agents tonight, March 1 - 24, 2013. Peter Jensen, who helmed the New York Innovative Theatre Award-winning revival of Lanford Wilson's Balm in Gilead, will direct the world premiere play, which is based on real life events.

Incendiary Agents's performance schedule is Thursday through Saturday at 8:00 pm, with additional performances Monday, March 4th at 8:00 pm; Sunday, March 10th at 3:00 pm; Wednesday, March 20th at 8:00 pm; and Sunday, March 24th at 3:00 pm. Performances will be held at The New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street, betw. Greenwich and Washington St.; Subway: 1 to Christopher Street or A/C/E or B/D/F to West 4th Street).

It is 1969. At the height of the Vietnam War, two brothers lead a daring nighttime raid to sabotage the draft, but when their plan goes awry, they are each forced to choose between the principles they set out to defend and the people they care about.

The cast includes Alexei Bondar, Alex C. Ferrill, Jamie Neumann, Laura Pruden, Eric Rice, Josh Sienkiewicz and Nick Walkonis. Directed by Peter Jensen, Incendiary Agents' production team includes D. Schuyler Burks (scenic design), Sherry Martinez (costume design), Andy Cohen (sound design),Judy Swartout (props mistress), Nate Frieswyk (technical director) and Janet Bentley (assistant director).

Nylon Fusion was founded in 2007 as a collaboration of like-minded artists from New York and London. Initially conceived as a fusion of the traditions of the two great capitals of the theatrical world, they, "have not moved away from pushing the experimental boundaries of the creative process while remaining committed to developing and producing original plays that promote social and cultural awareness."
