Envelope Ensemble will explore Euripides's most enduring masterpiece, Medea, in a free and intimate outdoor reading August 4th at 8pm at 126 Grattan St.
Medea follows a woman, shattered by her husband's epic betrayal, who takes calculated and deeply personal revenge, which tears apart the people of Corinth while challenging the community's notions of sex, nationalism, and tradition.
Medea will feature Pooya Mohseni, Catie Taaffe, Christine Bermùdez, Sarah Gwynne Walker, Victoria Wallace, Corrin Thomas, Alexandra Johnston, Morgan Sullivan, Erik Kochenberger, Billy Hutto, and Tyler La Marr and will be directed by Charles Quittner.
