David Rasche and More to Take Part in Frog & Peach's Halloween Gala Next Week

Frog & Peach Theatre Co., Inc will present a Halloween-themed benefit reading October 23, 2017 at The Greenwich House School of Music, 46 Barrow St.

The cast includes David Rasche (Veep, Skin of Our Teeth), Alyssa Diamond, Amy Frances Quint, Kevin Hauver, Marcus Watson, and Jonathan Reed Wexler, who will be reading some of Shakespeare's most spine-chilling characters.

There will be an open bar and buffet at the elegant, old New York-style Greenwich House Mansion at 46 Barrow St, in Manhattan's West Village. The gala is Monday, October 23 at 730 pm. Tickets are $25 each, $40 for two. For tickets go to Spirits of a Different Sort on Eventbrite

Benefit proceeds support free and discounted student tickets for Frog & Peach's A Midsummer Night's Dream, starring Kevin Hauver, Amy Frances Quint, Erick Gonzalez, Marcus Watson, Alyssa Diamond, Patrick Roberts, Bess Miller, Richard James Porter, John L Payne, Jon-Michael Miller, Joseph Penczak, Daina Njunguna, Nazlah Black, Sabina Demidovich and Josh Silverman, opening Feb 1, 2018 at The Sheen Center.

A Midsummer Night's Dream will feature costumes and sets by Asa Benally, with music by Ian McDonald & Ted Zurkowski. Directed by Lynnea Benson.

Frog & Peach Theatre Company, founded by members of The Actors Studio, brings modern audiences all the excitement and intrigue of Shakespeare's plays in an accessible, entertaining way.
