Willow Theatricals will present Dan Fingerman's Boys of a Certain Age, directed by Dan Dinero, tonight, February 8, through February 25 at Theatrelab (357 West 36th Street, 3rd Floor) with performances on Wednesday, February 8 & 22 at 7:30pm, Thursdays at 7:30pm, Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 2pm & 8pm, and Sundays at 3pm. Tickets ($25) may be purchased in advance here or by calling 866-811-4111. The performance will run approximately 100 minutes, with no intermission.

Ira and Larry were Hebrew school classmates who took different paths in life. Ira came out and moved to the city; Larry got married, had a family and came out later in life. Now, following the 2016 election, they're spending one memorable weekend together with Larry's son Bryan, Ira's nephew Christopher and a whole lot of gay history.

The cast will feature Brian Gilgor* (Mark in the international tour of RENT), Joseph J. Menino* (Edward R. Murrow in Murrow with Phoenix Theatre Ensemble) Marc Sinoway (Hunting Season on LOGOtv.com), and R. DAN FINGERMAN (Playwright) is an Astoria-based playwright. His first work The Austerity of Hope enjoyed a sold out run at the 2011 Fresh Fruit Festival. It was remounted the following year at Abingdon Theatre Company and garnered critical praise. He made his New York International Fringe Festival debut with Stranded on Motor Parkway in 2013, which was named a Time Out New York Critic's Pick. Fingerman's plays have been published by Indie Theatre Now and he is a member of the Dramatists Guild.

Dan Dinero (Director) is dedicated to developing new work and fostering diversity in the theatre. Most recent: Joker (FringeNYC) and Dan Fingerman's The Austerity of Hope (Best Director-Fresh Fruit Festival). Dan has also directed plays with Emerging Artists Theatre, Artistic New Directions, and the Greenland Theatre Collective, a company he co-founded. Dan assisted Jeff Calhoun on the Broadway productions of Brooklyn and Deaf West's Big River. Dan teaches theatre at NYU-Tisch and is the Editor-in-Chief of Theatre is Easy (www.Theasy.com).
