Cherry Lane To Host Talk Back Panel THE INFLUENCE OF INFLUENCERS

Cherry Lane Theatre will host a post-show panel: The Influence of Influencers, after the performance ACTUALLY, WE'RE F**KED, a new play by Matt Williams on Saturday, March 9 at 9pm. The panel will feature social media influencers Ari Freedy (@arifreedy), Lillian Isabella (@LillianIsabela), Laura Heywood (@broadwaygirlnyc), Jordan Mericle (@jordanmericlemusic), and Matisse Williams (@tisse) and at Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce St. in Manhattan).

In ACTUALLY, WE'RE F**KED, four millennials order take-out every Thursday, drink too much wine and argue over how to rescue the planet. They know the world is a dumpster fire, and they're the generation to fix it. That is, until someone makes a life-changing announcement that challenges their beliefs, their relationships and whether babies should have their own Instagram accounts.

ACTUALLY, WE'RE F**KED began performances on February 26 and will celebrate its opening night on March 7. The play is directed by John Pasquin and stars Mairin Lee (THE HEIRESS on Broadway), Keren Lugo (WATER BY THE SPOONFUL), Ben Rappaport (FIDDLER and PICNIC on Broadway) and Gabriel Sloyer (THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES on Broadway).

The show will feature set design by Robin Vest (NYC: AND THEN THERE WERE NONE), lighting design by Paul Miller (Broadway: AMAZING GRACE, LEGALLY BLONDE), costume design by Theresa Squire (Broadway: HIGH FIDELITY), sound design by M.L. Dogg (Broadway: STRAIGHT WHITE MEN), and projection design by Brad Peterson (Broadway: FISH IN THE DARK), with casting by Stephanie Klapper, the production stage manager is Christine Catti and General Manager/Producer is Julie Crosby.

One of the most renowned theatres in the country, Cherry Lane Theatre has produced a large succession of plays by leading writers from F. Scott Fitzgerald to Gertrude Stein, Samuel Beckett, Edward Albee and Harold Pinter. Cherry Lane Theatre's non-profit company in residence was founded by Angelina Fiordellisi 1996, and remains devoted to developing and producing new works for the stage. Seri Lawrence is Artistic Director, Reed Ridgley is Development Manager, Sangeeta Bhagat is Director of Individual and Corporate Giving, Lex Morton is Facility Manager, and Mary Geerlof is Director of Community Engagement.

ACTUALLY, WE'RE F**KED is presented as part of CLT's Founder's Project whose productions have included OUT OF THE MOUTHS OF BABES, starring Estelle Parsons and Judith Ivey, THE TRAVELING LADY starring Karen Ziemba and Lynn Cohen and Charles Mee's FIRST LOVE with Michael O'Keefe.

ACTUALLY, WE'RE F**KED will begin its limited run on February 26 and run through April 7, 2019, celebrating its opening night on March 7, 2019. It will play Tuesday at 7PM; Wednesday - Friday at 8PM; Saturday at 5PM & 9PM; Sunday at 3PM with an additional performance added on Monday, March 4 at 7PM.
