"We're very excited to continue our partnership with Central Park in 2014. A Midsummer Night's Dream is always such a fun show to produce, and we know our audiences will have a terrific time seeing Shakespeare's lovers try to sort out their romantic passions", shares Artistic Director Tim Errickson.

Love, jealousy, and meddling parents force four teenagers to flee to the forest, right into the middle of a hissy fit between the King and Queen of the fairyland. Can the right pairs of lovers find each other?

The production stars William John Austin*, Jeff Burchfield*, Miles Butler, Caleb Carlson* (The Sealed Orders of Liv Ullmann), Laura Darrell* (New England Emmy Award nominee for PBS' A Very Special Christmas; Vineyard Theatre, The Barrow Group, York Theatre, Lincoln Center, Town Hall, Madison Square Garden), Edgar Eguia (The Flea, The Amoralists), Bret Richard Hoskins, Cassandra Johnstone, Adriana Jones (Vivien on the Rocks), Annalisa Loeffler* (WorkShop, Theater Ten Ten, PBS), Dan Lovley*, Uriel Menson*, Scott Michael Morales* (Theater Ten Ten), Kristin Patton, Vinnie Penna*, R. David Robinson* (The Box Plays, The Public; Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Austin Pendleton dir.), Spencer Scott and Barbara Drum Sullivan*.
