Beware the Ides of March! After celebrating their 3 year anniversary, Accidental Shakespeare Company will be presenting the 12th show of their Hit & Run Shakespeare Series with JULIUS CAESAR on March 15th, 2014 at Speyer Hall - University Settlement - 184 Eldridge St. (2nd floor) in NYC.

This production of JULIUS CAESAR comes with a Accidental Shakespeare Company's twist. Since there is no rehearsal, no director and no plan, there can be no violence. With the iconic image of Caesar being stabbed 23 times, how will the company do it? Answer: PILLOWFIGHTS!!! $2 off your ticket price if you bring a pillow.
New to Hit & Run? We aim to bring the unexpected into each and every one of our performances. That said, our actors are fully memorized and put up the FULL (partially edited) play without a bit of rehearsal. To keep it fun for audience and actors, Hit & Run functions like a game: any dropped lines, missed cues or late entrances are considered "fouls" which a referee records on a scoreboard and the actor with the most fouls at the end of the evening is awarded a prize.

The cast includes: (in alphabetical order) Trey K. Blackburn, Meghan Blakeman, Christopher Gebauer, Julia Giolzetti, Ross Hamman, John Hardin, Whit Leyenberger, Nick Martorelli, Lillian Meredith, Monica Miller, Amanda Thickpenny and Kelly Zekas.
