If you missed J.L. Williams's tap and soul extravaganza, THE JL SHOW, you can now watch the whole thing online.
International theater veteran J.L. Williams, who also is the creator and songwriter of the show, brings "the music, the tap, and the soul in this foot tapping and soul stirring performance."
The show's Music Arrangements and Music Direction are by Coyote Anderson who plays guitar, Gandhi Gonzales on drums, Carl Limbacher on bass, Alex Clough on keyboard with featured vocalist LaDonna Burns, Gia McGlone-Ware and Kwame Remy. Light Design by Carter Ford and Sound Design by Ymani Monet. The show was shot on the last performance at 777 Theatre May 22nd at 3:30pm by Syuji Honda, presented by Tap Soul Productions.
The JL Show features original music written by JL Williams in the style of Jazz, R&B, Pop, and Gospel, singing and, of course, lots of tapping to tell a tale about resilience, redemption, and perseverance with big hearts and big sounds.
