The recent record-breaking PBS-TV music specials, "50 Years of Doo-Wop" were so well received that it created a new showcase and new audiences for veteran Doo-Wop artists, resulting in additional PBS-TV specials. The venerable TV news magazine, CBS Sunday Morning recently aired a feature on the Doo-Wop shows at the Beacon to a national audience treating 50 something concert-goers to this music. An impressive list of 12 original Doo-Wop artists will be part of THE ULTIMATE DOO-WOP SHOW, heading to the Beacon Theatre, New York City for one 8pm song-filled concert.
