The fun begins tonight, March 20th when THE BARDY BUNCH: THE WAR OF THE FAMILIES PARTRIDGE AND BRADY", the musical that created a sensation at FringeNYC, returns for a special engagement at Theatre at St. Clements (423 West 46th Street).

It's more than what you remember. It's the War of the Families Partridge and Brady in a comedy mash-up of a dozen Shakespeare plays set in the 1970s and featuring the two classic TV families. They sing and dance in this stage sitcom musical parody, and also kill each other in acts of jealousy, vengeance and rage. THE BARDY BUNCH features 15 hit songs made famous on "The Partridge Family" and "The Brady Bunch," including "I Think I Love You," "It's a Sunshine Day" and "I Woke Up in Love This Morning."

And here is a trivia fact for you--the show opens in March 2014, 40 years after both "The Brady Bunch" and "The Partridge Family" were cancelled. The original production of THE BARDY BUNCH premiered in the 2011 New York International Fringe Festival where it received the award for Outstanding Ensemble.

Written by Stephen Garvey and directed by Jay Stern, THE BARDY BUNCH features Sean McDermott, Lori Hammel, Kristy Cates, Chuck Bradley, Talisa Friedman, Alex Goley, Chaz Jackson, Erik Keiser, Christiana Little, Joan Lunoe, Mitch McCarrell, Cali Elizabeth Moore, Matthew Dorsey Moore, Thomas Poarch, Danielle Sacks, Mike Timoney, Zach Trimmer and Annie Watkins. The creative team includes Lorna Ventura as choregorapher, scenic design by Craig Napoliello, lighting design by Howell Binkley, costumes by Polina Roytman and sound design by Matt Schiffman. Musical direction by Logan Medland. Silverhair Productions produces.

Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 7 pm. All tickets are at the 1970s price of $18.00. For tickets and all information go to the website, www.thebardybunch.com.
