Talk Back Bios:
ADAM & TODD STONE
The Stone twins, Adam and Todd, created their two man stand-up comedy act called "Stone and Stone" during their sophomore year at college, where they graduated in 2005. Since then, they have been featured on NBC's "Last Comic Standing", where they made it to the semi-final round in Las Vegas, a national Verizon FiOS commercial, and most recently in a few AtomTV videos on Comedy Central, which they also wrote. The Stones have brought their show overseas to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and they perform at Comedy Clubs and theaters throughout New York City, including Comix, Carolines, Gotham Comedy Club, UCB Theatre, The PIT, and the New York Friars Club.

ADAM PHILIPS
A lifelong film enthusiast, Adam Philips launched the website "Hitchcock and Me" in late 2009 with one simple goal: to watch and blog about the 52 movies directed by Alfred Hitchcock in one year. In April, Philips began the first-ever "39 Steps Fest" in conjunction with the off-Broadway production featuring over 150 characters played by a cast of four. By day, Philips work at DC Comics. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, creativity coach Julia Roberts, and their three children. Subscribe to his blog at http://hitchcockandme.wordpress.com, or follow him on Twitter at http://twitter.com/arphilips.

Adapted by Patrick Barlow and directed by Maria Aitken, THE 39 STEPS is based on an original concept by Simon Corble and Nobby Dimon and on the book by John Buchan.

THE 39 STEPS features a cast of four actors who, against all odds, breathlessly and hilariously attempt to reenact all of the characters, locations and famous scenes in Hitchcock's 1935 film thriller with just a few props and a lot of theatrical ingenuity and split second quick changes.

The cast features John Behlmann as Richard Hannay, Cameron Folmar as Man #2, Jamie Jackson as Man #1 and Kate MacCluggage as Annabella Schmidt/Pamela/Margaret. The production also features Greg Jackson and Jane Pfitsh.

Set and costume design is by Peter McKintosh, lighting design is by Kevin Adams and sound design is by Mic Pool. Original movement was created by Toby Sedgwick. Additional movement is created by Christopher Bayes. Production stage manager is M. William Shiner.
