Robert Emmet Lunney, last seen on Broadway in Mauritius, will assume the role of Harrison Brent in Perfect Crime, the longest-running play in New York City history, on Monday, September 29, 2008. He will replace Patrick Ryan Sullivan, who will play his final performance on September 28.
Lunney's other Broadway credits include Deuce, The Graduate, A Doll's House, Dancing at Lughnasa, The Devil's Disciple and The Night of the Iguana. He appeared Off Broadway in Safe Home, Grace, The Breadwinner, The Dying Gaul, Two Small Bodies and Chopin in Space. Regional credits include productions at the Long Wharf, McCarter and Seattle Repertory Theaters. Recent film work includes Nora Ephron's Julie & Julia, Flying Scissors and Imaginary Heroes. Lunney has had major roles on Law & Order and was a regular on the CBS series Feds.
