Rarely Produced Full Length Version of 'Pvt. Wars' At Neighborhood Playhouse Starting 9/11

thewedidit will present Pvt. Wars, by James McLure & directed by Steven Ditmyer, at The Neighborhood Playhouse, from September 11th to 22nd.  Featured in Pvt. Wars are Tom Sibley, Adam Schneider & Stephen Lundberg.  Set Designer is Gary Kingston; Lighting Designer is Geoffrey Bryant; Sound Designer is Ken Feldman.

Set in a veterans’ hospital, Pvt. Wars follows the abundant & sometimes absurd, exploits of Silvio, Gately & Natwick. An acidly funny portrayal of three young men working to resolve their own private wars, Pvt. Wars is an uncompromisingly honest dark comedy about the humorous & intense recovery of three Viet Nam Vets, in a story that is as timely today, as when it was first written. 

This is the rarely presented, full-length version of  Pvt. Wars, not the one-act.  The show will run from September 11th – 22nd on Thurs – Sat @ 8pm, Sun @ 3pm & Mon @ 7pm at The Neighborhood Playhouse (340 East 54th Street)
