Randy Redd & More Join Cast of Alain Boublil's MANHATTAN PARISIENNE at 59E59 Theaters; Full Cast Announced

Randy Redd (currently featured in Allegro at Classic Stage Company) has been cast as the male lead opposite Marie Zamora in Manhattan Parisienne, a new play by Alain Boublil, the Tony Award-winning co-creator of LES MISERABLES and Miss Saigon, which will have its world premiere for a limited engagement from Thursday, December 18 through Sunday, January 4 at 59E59 Theaters. Also joining the cast of Manhattan Parisienne are Jeremy Cohen and Stephen Zinnato. Manhattan Parisienne will be directed by multi-Tony Award-nominated director/choreographer Graciela Daniele.

Manhattan Parisienne is a New York story, a story of differences and attraction, of two struggling artists and an unlikely meeting of minds. She is a French actress/singer. He is a Manhattan musician who has a history with Paris. Connected by music, they embark on a surreal journey through New York on a cold rainy evening. Manhattan Parisienne features excerpts of songs from the classic French and American songbooks by songwriters including Jacques Brel, George and Ira Gershwin, Michel Legrand, Cole Porter and Charles Aznavour.

Manhattan Parisienne will perform Tuesdays at 7:30 pm; Wednesdays at 6:30 pm; Thursdays at 7:30 pm; Fridays at 8:30 pm; Saturdays at 2:30 pm and 8:30 pm and Sundays at 3:30 pm. The performance on Saturday, December 20 is at 8.30 pm only. There will be no performance on Christmas Day, December 25. Please note performances on Christmas Eve, December 24 and New Year's Eve, December 31 will be at the earlier time of 6:30 pm.
