Rain Pryor, currently starring in her own critically acclaimed autobiographical solo show "Fried Chicken and Latkes," along with "500 Names," a grass-roots social media and fundraising effort have taken over as lead producers of the New York premiere of Rock WILK'sBROKE WIDE OPEN. Directed by Stephen Bishop Seely ("8 Million Protagonists"), BROKE WIDE OPEN, which is currently in previews, will officially open Off-Broadway on Thursday, October 11th at The 45th Street Theatre (354 West 45th Street) in Manhattan.

As the artistic director of the Strand Theater in Baltimore, my goal and purpose is to share extraordinary performing emerging artist with all. Broke Wide Open is a must see show with, a must see talent, that is poetic and prolific."
Chronicling his life beginning as an adopted youth in a New York Jewish household, Rock WILK's BROKE WIDE OPEN is a story of love, loss, family, relationships, questions of identity and Rock's incessant search for a place that feels like HOME to him.
