Prospect Theater Company (Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director / Melissa Huber, Managing Director) celebrates the release of the original cast recording of their 2010 Off-Broadway production of WITH GLEE, by John Gregor, on Monday, October 17th at 7:30pm at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher St., NYC). Tickets for this special event are $25 for regular admission, and $50 for premium seating locations, and may be purchased in advance through www.ProspectTheater.org or by calling 212-352-3101.

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Lucille Lortel Theatre box office. The evening is directed by Igor Goldin, with music direction by Daniel Feyer, and will re-unite original members of the Prospect 2010 cast featured on the recording, including Zach Bandler, Christopher Davis Carlisle, Greg Horton, Erin Jerozal, Dan Lawler, and Max Spitulnik. The WITH GLEE original Off-Broadway cast recording is independently produced by Brimmer Street Productions, and will be available for online purchase through "Friends of Sh-K-Boom" (http://www.sh-k-boom.com/boutique-friends.shtml) and CD Baby (www.cdbaby.com) following the concert release. Autographed CDs will also be available for cash sale at the concert, for $18.

WITH GLEE is a new, old-fashioned musical comedy about five wayward, eccentric, isolated, awkward, sweet, naive, nerdy teenage boys who are sent away to a boarding school in Maine. As they revel in the trials of their freshman year-striving for acceptance, friendship, and normalcy-we are reminded that every life must be lived to its fullest, every song sung with glee.

With book, music, and lyrics by John Gregor, the show was originally developed through a 2007 production at the NYU Skirball Center and was also presented in the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival. Prospect's production opened Off-Broadway in the Kirk Theatre at Theatre Row on July 13, 2010 and extended through August 29, 2010.
