Tuesday night, jazz legend Tony Bennett, in town for the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting, snuck into the hit Off-Broadway show I'm Not a Comedian...I'm Lenny Bruce, directed by Joe Mantegna and written by and starring Ronnie Marmo.

Following the performance, Bennett hung out with Marmo and audience members, signing autographs, taking selfies and reminiscing about his friend, the late free-speech champion Lenny Bruce.

He raved on Twitter: "Congratulations to [Ronnie Marmo] @Ronniemo22 and my buddy @JoeMantegna on a terrific show about a true genius who was ahead of his time. Go see @IAmLennyBruce!"

Others who've seen - and raved about - the show currently playing at The Cutting Room include Billy Crystal, Paul Reiser, Patti LuPone and Ed Asner, among others.
