Rehearsals began today for Abingdon Theatre Company's world premiere of MALLORCA by two-time Emmy nominee Sheldon Bull ("Newhart"), with performances set to run May 29-June 21, in the Dorothy Strelsin Theatre (312 West 36th Street). In MALLORCA, male bonding takes its toll on four guys when a cryptic message from one of them leads the others on a hilarious chase from Manhattan to a seaside escape.
The production features set design by Brian Dudkiewicz, costume design by Fan Zhang, lighting design by Michael Megliola, and sound design by Ian Wehrle. Production Stage Manager is Elliot Meyers.
Performances of MALLORCA run May 29-June 21: Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7pm; Fridays at 8pm: Saturdays at 2pm and 8pm; and Sundays at 2pm at Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex's Dorothy Strelsin Theatre (312 West 36th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues).
