59E59 Theaters welcomes ROTTERDAM, written by Jon Brittain and directed by Donnacadh O'Briain to Brits Off Broadway. Produced by Hartshorn - Hook Foundation Ltd, ROTTERDAM begins performances runs for a limited engagement through Saturday, June 10. This Olivier Award-winning show sold out both London's Theatre503 and the Trafalgar Studios. The press opening is May 24, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

It's New Year in Rotterdam, and Alice has finally plucked up the courage to email her parents and tell them she's gay. But before she can hit send, her girlfriend Fiona reveals that he has always identified as a man and now wants to start living as one named Adrian. As Adrian begins his transition, Alice must face a question she never thought she'd ask...does this mean she's straight?

The cast features Ed Eales-White (Jack Thorne's "National Treasure" on Channel 4/Hulu), Anna Martine Freeman (The Nether at The Duke of York), Alice McCarthy (Bella West on "Doctors" on the BBC), andEllie Morris (Peter Pan Goes Wrong at the Apollo Theatre and on the BBC).

The design team includes Ellan Parry (set design); Richard Williamson (lighting design); Keegan Curran (sound design). The production stage manager is Whitney Keeter.

The performance schedule is Tuesday - Friday at 7:30 PM; Saturday at 2:30 PM & 7:30 PM; and Sunday a t3:30 & 7:30 PM. Performances are at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues). Tickets are $25 ($20 for 59E59 Members).
