TV personality and actresses Kelly Ripa, Kristin Chenoweth, and AnnaLynne McCord were ready to run in their high fashionable heels as they took to the starting linnet the annual High Heel-a-thon in New York City, New York on September 22, 2010.
Kelly has now taken part and hosted the 150-yard stiletto sprint for two years, making this the second annual Regis and Kelly High Heel-a-thon, which benefits the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health s The Heart Truth campaign. They have even brought in a mens race which figure skater Johnny Weir, and yes they too wear high heels.
All types of people come out to show support and participate in the event, grandmothers, fathers, brothers, mother, children and even pregnant women at a chance to win a car and contribute to Foundation.
