The producers of the 10th Anniversary production of ROCK OF AGES are thrilled to continue their longstanding and unprecedented relationship with New York's professional sports teams with the first ever Broadway Subway Series! Battling it out for "Best Bourbon Room Bartender" - and all for charity - are Yankees all-star CC Sabathia (Tonight, Wednesday, July 31) and Mets standout rookie and 2019 Home Run Derby champion Pete "Polar Bear" Alonso (Wednesday, August 7).

Sabathia takes the stage to benefit The Carlos Beltran Foundation and Alonso's cameo night will benefit The Mets Foundation. Both charities will be honored in special curtain call dedications with each of the respective teams, and players in attendance, taking the stage in their honor.

A premium seat purchase includes access to an exclusive post-show reception with NY Mets players and ROCK OF AGES cast members. All tickets are available at telecharge.com/rockofages.

A champion of youth sports and education, nine-time All-Star and former Yankee Carlos Beltran set up his non-proi??t organization The Carlos Beltran Foundation to support community organizations that provide quality education and sports programs for underserved youth. Through years of hard work and generous contributions, Beltran and his wife Jessica were able to open The Carlos Beltran Academy in Puerto Rico, which provides a dynamic learning experience where young people can develop and enhance their athletic gifts and strive for academic excellence in preparation for leading responsible and productive lives as compassionate global citizens, and to empower youth to achieve their dreams through sports and education.

The New York Mets Foundation funds and promotes a variety of educational, social and athletic programs and other charitable causes. Found in 1963, it continues its mission to invest in the future of our community, and to provide assistance to myriad organizations that benefit children and others in need. https://www.mlb.com/mets/community/mets-foundation

The 10th Anniversary Production of ROCK OF AGES is now playing for a limited engagement at New World Stages (340 W 50th St). Nominated for five Tony Awards during its record-breaking Broadway run, this anniversary engagement of the musical plays a 16-week run through Sunday, October 6, 2019.

KGM Theatrical serves as General Manager, with casting by Stewart/Whitley.

The 10th Anniversary cast includes CJ Eldred (Desperate Measures) as Drew and Kirsten Scott (Jersey Boys) as Sherrie, with original Broadway cast member Mitchell Jarvis (Gettin' the Band Back Together) and Katie Webber (Wicked) reprising their roles of Lonny and Waitress #1, respectively.
