Original Series Star Gabrielle Carteris to Appear at 90210! THE MUSICAL! Off-Broadway

Gabrielle Carteris, who starred as the rich at knowledge but poor at money, chief editor of the award winning publication West Beverly Blaze Andrea Zuckerman on Beverly Hills, 90210, will be making special appearances at 90210! The Musical! on Thursday, December 15 and Friday, December 16. Carteris will host the performances, meet with fans, take photos and sign autographs.

In its fourth month at Theater80, 90210! THE MUSICAL! is the hit Off-Broadway musical parody of the popular 90s teen soap Beverly Hills 90210.

90210! THE MUSICAL! answers all of the most dramatic questions: Can Brandon and Brenda be 90210 cool? Who would win the 1993 Sideburn Contest: Dylan McKay or Brandon Walsh?! Who dies at the Peach Pit?! Will Steve Sanders be eaten by a Sharknado?! Who has resting Brenda face?! IS ANDREA ZUCKERMAN POOR AS HELL?! Can Emily Valentine kick her crippling UE4A addiction in time to burn down the school?! Will Tori Spelling graduate?!

90210! THE MUSICAL! features such songs as "New Kids in Town," "We Are Drama Zombies!," "Oh Yeah! Dylan McKay!," "Ballad of the Kid Who Accidentally Shoots Himself" sung by The Kid Who Accidentally Shoots Himself, "Peach Pit (The Only Place That We Go)," "Crazy for Emily Valentine (Who Is Crazy)", "U4EA IS A REAL DRUG, REALLY" and "Will Tori Spelling Graduate?"

The cast of 90210! THE MUSICAL! features Landon Zwick (Full House! The Musical, Bayside! The Musical!) as Brendon Walsh, Chelsey Lynn Alfredo as Branda Walsh, Alan Trinca (Full House! The Musical!) as Dylan McKay, Seth Blum (Bayside! The Musical! Full House! The Musical!) as Steve Sanders and Others, Thaddeus Kolwicz (Bayside! The Musical!) as David Silver, Alexis Kelley (Katdashians! The Musical!) as Kelly Taylor and Caleb Dehne as Tori Spelling.

Bob and Tobly McSmith (Creators/Authors) are huggable weirdos who met at a Girl Scout convention. They are the writers/directors of Bayside! The Musical!, Full House! The Musical!, Katdashians! The Musical!, Showgirls! The Musical! and JonBenet! Murder Mystery Theater! Bob and Tobly have been nominated for a cornucopia of honors including "Most Likely to Improve Sexually" (Tobly, 5th Grade) and "Class Masturbator" (Bob, 1st-12th Grade). They are working on their next musicals: "Anne Frank 2: Hungry for Vengeance (and Bread)" and "Philadelphia: On Ice".

90210! THE MUSICAL! features music by Assaf Gleizner. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Gleizner graduated from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Jazz Performance. Since graduating Assaf has been consistently working as a music director, orchestrator, arranger and performer. Favorite Off-Broadway credits include The Astonishing Times of Timothy Cratchit, Full House! The Musical!, Flak House, The Travels and I Battled Lenny Ross.

The production is directed and choreographed by Donald Garverick. Recent credits include Bloch's An Evening with Kathryn Morgan featuring Donald Garverick's The Red Shoes (Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts,) Space Pirates of Planet Penzance (Oswego State Theatre) and Changing Minds (The Broadway Workshop.) Garverick choreographed the Off-Broadway production of Siren's Heart (The Actor's Temple.) He is also known as a musical theatre writer, best known for Show Choir! - The Musical (FringeNYC, NYMF, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, American Conservatory Theatre - San Francisco, Winnipeg Studio Theatre).

Tegan Miller (The Little Mermaid) is the musical director. Carmen Mendoza (Katdashians! The Musical!) is the costume designer.

Performances are held on Thursdays at 8pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm. Tickets ($25.50 - $35.50) are available by visiting 90210TheMusical.com. Special Drama Zone seating is also available. Theatre 80 is located at 80 St. Mark's Place in New York City.
