MYSTERY OF THE SILVER CHALICE, the interactive show with 11 different endings with 256,608 possibilities, introduces us to Rob, who's having trouble with the ladies. With the help of a slightly mischievous genie who lives inside the silver chalice, the audience votes via their remote controls on all the big choices on Rob's magical blind date! Will he go out with the beautiful wannabe model, the adorable girl-next-door, or the edgy poetess? What will he wear? What will he say? So many choices - and they're all up to you!
Your choice just might lead Rob to the girl of his dreams... or on the worst date in human history! His fate is in your hands! But no matter what you choose, it's going to be a hysterically wild ride - and it's different every night!
MYSTERY OF THE SILVER CHALICE allows the audience to decide the narrative throughout the show with a "remote" allowing them to vote on choices the protagonist must make. The votes are automatically tallied and displayed on a projection screen above the stage. The voting is integrated into the action of the script, creating a total audience engagement experience. No show is ever alike.
The show premiered at the Buffalo Lab Theatre in 2014 and subsequently transferred to the city's Shea Performing Arts Center. Both runs played to sold-out houses.
