Massimo Didonna is set to take on the role of "Ezio" in the hit Off-Broadway comedy "My Big Gay Italian Funeral" now in it's second year, opposite creator Anthony J. Wilkinson. Didonna is certainly no stranger to knowing how to entertain an audience and is ready to take on his first official acting role as the outspoken nightclub and funeral home owner in Wilkinson's latest comedy creation.

At a young age Massimo took his passion for the music industry and eventually became one of the owners of Partners In Sound Productions, the tri-states premier entertainment and production company. Not long after, he and his partners went on to acquire additional companies under the Partners in Sound umbrella, including Platinum Entertainment, the Voto photo and Merge Management. He is a member of the International Special Events Society (ISES), Board Member of his BNI networking group, and also plays an active role in the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation. In addition, he is an honorary member of the NYPD Honor Legion, recipient of the 20 Under 40 Leadership Award, and has recently been recognized as one of the top 31 future people of Influence on Staten Island.

Presented by Bianco Productions, both productions star its creator, three time Emmy winner Anthony J. Wilkinson, who originated the role of Anthony Pinnunziato back in November of 2003. Both shows are directed by Sonia Blangiardo and are General Managed by 22Q Entertainment.

The cast of Funeral currently includes Anthony J. Wilkinson as Anthony, Hugh Hysell as Maurizio, Donna Castellano as Angela, Marissa Rosen as Maria, Debra Toscano as Toniann, Liz Gerecitano as Lucia, Meagan Robar as Connie/Eva/Aunt Donna, Erik Ransom as Diamondelle/Vidal, Chad Kessler as Rabbi Howie Horowitz/Lou/Pontessa, Taso Mikroulis as Peter, Frank Sorrentino as Dominick, and Katherine Pecevich as Ondine.
