HOME WORK, the new anti-bullying musical, takes a look at the "dark side of high school" focusing on bullying, depression, suicide, gun violence, fitting in, and relationships. From the creator and writer of MANCHESTER HIGH: IF THESE LOCKERS COULD TALK, a film about bullying and teen empowerment, Nicholas B. Holstein (book writer and lyrics), Jeremy Blachman (lyrics) and Sophia E. DiGonis (music) brings to the New York stage an emotional, high energy, and impactful show much in the style of DEGRASSI meets NEXT TO NORMAL.

Haden Rider (as All-American QB "Clint Walker"), Phil Sloves (as country boy and partier "Scooter Bailey"), Tanner Bollinger (as Powerhouse on the Field linebacker"Rusty Wilkes"), Marina Espinoza (as free-spirited "Zoey), Livvy Marcus (as head cheerleader "Stephanie West") , Dan Hoy (as Student Council President "Dawson McCartney"), James Sanders (as the class clown "Biff" , Mark Jammal (as the preppy "Luke"), and Carly Berg (as diva "Ashley Sterling") complete the lead cast of this new musical about not judging others, finding your own way and to be yourself.

This musical will be scoring a touchdown for a one-night reading and concert tonight, May 20, 2014 at New World Stages, Stage 2. For tickets, check out www.manchester-high.com for purchasing link and updates.
