The critically acclaimed musical Mama and Her Boys will return to New York for a limited engagement beginning February 11, one week later than the originally announced opening due to an injury in the cast. The hit musical will run at the brand new Sophies, 318 W. 53rd St. between 8th and 9th Avenue. Performances will continue Tuesdays at 9pm through March 4.

The cast will include original New York cast member Erik Keiser and the previously announced Sarah Kleeman. Joining the cast is Steven Baker who replaces the previously announced Sean Maddox. Maddox has departed the production due to a scheduling conflict. Kleeman, Keiser and Baker will play February 11-25. Original cast members Paulini, Sidoli and Watson will return at a later date to be determined. Paulini will stage and choreograph with production design by Shaun Daley. Tony nominee Linda Kline serves as script consultant.

The score features contributions from Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, Drew Overcash, Sally Fingerett and Tony nominee Lucy Simon. Larson Award Winners Marisa Michelson and Joshua Cohen have also contributed material brand new to the show. The run is produced by CEW Productions and Sophies.

Tickets ($22.50-$32.50 in advance, $25-$35 at the Box Office) will go on sale Tuesday, January 21 at 12noon and are available by calling (212) 757-2323 or reserving at mamaandherboysmusical@yahoo.com. More information is also available at www.ethanpaulini.com/mama-and-her-boys.

The run featured guest Broadway and NYC stars such as Christina Sajous, Nicole Lewis, Bethany Moore, Tracee Beazer, Tory Ross, Eric Riley, Paige Turner and 3 time Emmy nominee Colleen Zenk. Guest stars for the current engagement will be announced at a later date.

Mama and Her Boys premiered in January of 2011. Following critical and commercial success it has enjoyed engagements all over the Northeast and has been enjoyed over 200 performances for thousands of theatregoers including an open ended run in Provincetown, MA from June-October, 2011.
