Louis S. Salamone, Owner/Creative Director of the off-Broadway complex known collectively as "The Theatres at 45 Bleecker Street", has announced a new investment opportunity.

Mr. Salamone has created a new business model for Off-Broadway theatre with his multi-use, hybrid theatre complex which is open 18 hours a day, seven days a week. The venue has approximately 15,000 square feet of space, with three unique performance spaces, a gourmet sandwich café, nighttime bar, art gallery and multiple revenue streams.

Unlike most Broadway and off-Broadway theatres that only generate income during public performances, the Theatres at 45 Bleecker Street generate revenue 18 hours a day, seven days a week, all year long. The main space, called The Bleecker Street Theatre, seats between 199 and 330; The Green Room Theatre on the lower level seats between 99 and 155 and The Lobby/Café/Wine Bar area can host up to 50 people for readings, workshops, art exhibits, cabaret, special events, etc. Brooklyn's well-loved Crosby Sandwiches recently relocated to the Lobby café drawing students, business people and tourists to the theatre complex during the day. The new Follin Gallery at 45 Bleecker opened this month with a showing by the contemporary artist LAII.

Mr. Salamone has created an investment package similar to a mutual fund, allowing investors to spread their investments among several shows as well as in the theatre complex itself.
