Finding love in the darkest of places with a story that is told through verse. A revolutionary world premier play is opening in December at Theater 54 @ Shetler Studios.
Love Is A Bad Neighborhood Is Set in the mean streets of Love, Love is a Bad Neighborhood is a poetic fable in which we meet two women, Sister Pain (Francesca Shipsey) and Sister Joy (Susan Ly), and Tag (Michael Bordwell), the man they both love, but which will he choose? And then there's the mischievous Love Doctor (S. Scott Miller), who believes he is controlling the action. Sprinkled throughout with bits of song, dance, and magic, Love is a Bad Neighborhood is a dark and glittery ode to Love itself.
Love Is A Bad Neighborhood will be running a limited engagement from December 4 through 9. Tuesday-Saturday 8pm, Saturday December 8th at 2pm, and Sunday December 9, at 3pm. Come experience a story like no other, looking at something that we all share in life. Love Is A Bad Neighborhood is written by Francine Witte and Directed by Tony White.
