Labyrinth Theater Company (Co-Artistic Directors Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell, Yul Vázquez, and Managing Director Danny Feldman), Off-Broadway's home of exhilarating and incendiary theater, presents its annual signature benefit Celebrity Charades 2011: Down and Derby on Monday, November 14th at the Highline Ballroom (431 West 16th Street). Four celebrity teams jockey their way to the Winner's Circle in a fearsome and hilarious speed charades competition to support Labyrinth Theater Company's 2011/12 season. Celebrity Charades, Labyrinth Theater Company's annual star-studded fundraising event, remains one of the most popular ‘happenings' of the year in New York City.

Celebrity Charades 2011: Down and Derby players will include: (all subject to continuing availability) Bob Balaban, Bobby Cannavale, Philip Seymour Hoffman, John Ortiz, Chris Rock, Cynthia Rowley and Kristen Wiig, with many more still to be announced.

At the event, the 2011 Dave Hoghe Award will be presented to Labyrinth's former Co-Artistic Directors Philip Seymour Hoffman and John Ortiz in honor of their outstanding leadership and continued dedication to Labyrinth Theater Company. The award is presented annually to a supporter of the Company in honor of their inspiring commitment to and leadership support of Labyrinth. Prior recipients of the Award include The Public Theater, Time Warner, Daryl Roth, George C. Wolfe, Carole Shorenstein Hays and Madonna.

Past Celebrity Charades players have included Billy Crudup, Edie Falco, Woody Harrelson, Julianna Marguiles, Edward Norton, Julia Roberts, Sam Rockwell, David Schwimmer, Robin Williams and more.

The audience of Celebrity Charades is an eclectic mix of artists, old-school New Yorkers, urban professionals and media and entertainment tastemakers. Memorable themes in recent years have included a pep rally; a knockout in a boxing ring; a Battle of Good and Evil; a rock Charades cranked up all the way; and 2009's no-limit Charades jackpot.

Labyrinth offers extensive recognition, placement and visibility opportunities to corporate partners for Celebrity Charades. For tickets, tables and more info, visit labtheater.org, call (212) 513-1080 or email charades@labtheater.org
