To celebrate the landmark one year anniversary (March 31) of the Drama Desk-nominated Off-Broadway family hit musical John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean, the show will give away goodie bags and other surprise gifts to children in the audience who come dressed in costume as their favorite aquatic animal for performances March 26 through April 3.

From guppies and mermaids to turtles and sharks, the producers and cast want to celebrate all sea creatures as they usher in the show's second year at New World Stages.

John Tartaglia, creator, writer and co-producer of the show says, "We are thrilled that families have embraced our underwater adventure! One of our missions has always been to make our show a truly theatrical experience, and what better way to do that than for children in the audience to be part of Tank, Dorsel and Bubble's underwater world at ImaginOcean by being dressed as their favorite fish."

ImaginOcean is a one-of-a-kind, innovative glow-in-the-dark musical. The 50 minute production features extraordinary puppets, memorable original songs, and a heartwarming journey of discovery by three loveable fish named Tank, Bubbles, and Dorsel who take the audience on their singing, bubbling, jiving adventure, making friends along the way.

ImaginOcean is the brain child of Tartaglia, known to parents and kids for his Tony Award nominated portrayals of Rod/Princeton in the original cast of Avenue Q and his critically acclaimed television show on Disney Channel, Johnny and the Sprites, for which he received an Emmy Award nomination. Tartaglia is not only the creator and writer of ImaginOcean, he is also the voice of five of its characters.

John Tartaglia's ImaginOceanis produced by Jellyfish Jive Productions, a collaboration of John Tartaglia, Philip Katz (Broadway Theatrical) and Michael Shawn Lewis.
