SNL's Cast Member Taran Killam and two-time Tony nominated Jeremy Shamos join David Wain, Joe Lo Truglio and others for one-night-only reprise of SEX (a.k.a WEINERS AND BOOBS) by David Wain, Michael Showalter and Joe Lo Truglio on Monday, October 29th at 7:30pm at the 13TH Street Theater (CSC, 136 E. 13th St, NYC). The evening will also feature members of the original cast and special guests Shari Albert, Ian Helfer, Nina Hellman, Zak Orth, Peter Salett and more.
Taran Killam, now in his third season of SNL, impressed audiences with his celebrity impressions including
Brad Pitt and Eminem. Killam's recurring sketches include the robotic "Merryville Brothers", the endearingly offensive "J-Pop America Funtime Now" and his French- inspired "Les Jeunes de Paris," which Entertainment Weekly called "charmingly wacky." The Groundlings alum also received recognition for his impressions of talk show hosts
Piers Morgan, Rush Limbaugh and
Andy Cohen and this election year, he's portraying VP candidate
Paul Ryan. Killam will soon be seen alongside
Brad Pitt and
Michael Fassbender in director
Steve McQueen's upcoming film Twelve Years a Slave, as well as
Paul Feig's feature comedy The Heat starring
Sandra Bullock and
Melissa McCarthy.
