The critically acclaimed Off Broadway hit Growing Up Gonzales will be moving to The 777 Theater at 777 8th Ave., just off of W 47th Street.

When the guilt ridden Johnny is forced to clean out his deceased younger brother's apartment he finds a box filled with his little brother's memoirs and it changes his life forever. He discovers a brother he never really knew. A deep, touching and hilarious play that goes right to the heart and soul of issues such as race, addiction, sexuality, AIDS, family and more. The play that reminds us that it's never too late to say "I love you". Growing Up Gonzales breaks all of the rules of the One-Man genre.

Growing Up Gonzales is written, directed and produced by Felix Rojas and stars Andres "Chulisi" Rodriguez. Currently it is the only Latino play in the NYC theater district and is playing at The Actors Temple Theater. On Friday November 3rd Gonzales opens at The 777 Theater.
