After premiering at Cherry Lane Studio Theater in December, HIM returns for an open-ended Off-Broadway engagement beginning March 10 at Soho Playhouse . Written and directed by Clifford Streit, this comedy about homophobia in Hollywood stars Jon Fleming (Dante's Cove, Will & Grace). Opening is set for March 21. HIM is also currently in development as a TV series.

In HIM, hunky actor Nick Cooper has just landed his breakthrough film role and the offers from Hollywood's A-list are pouring in. The only problem: Nick is gay and his viper of an agent wants to keep him in the closet. Nick is happy to play along in spite of the vocal opposition of his boyfriend. But all hell breaks loose when a Latina bombshell is brought in to "play" Nick's girlfriend.

In addition to Jon Fleming, HIM stars Todd Crain (The Vicar's Wife, Onion News Network), Lindsay Goranson, Georgia X. Lifsher, James Sautter, and Julian Mercer. The production team features Josh Iacovelli  (lighting and set design), Dustin Cross (costumes), Jonathan Santos (stage manager) and sound design by Juni Li.

Clifford Streit has written the column Hollywood and Blind for Radar Magazine and has been a producer on several films including American Psycho. He has written several screenplays including Beth in Venice, which is currently in pre production. He has been a creative consultant for several TV shows including VH1's Sex, Lives, and Videotapes. His first novel Greydune will be published later this year. He is known for bringing Sex and The City to HBO while it was still running as a column in The New York Observer and was the inspiration for the character of Stanford Blatch (played by White Collar's Willie Garson).

HIM runs Monday & Wednesday - Friday at 8pm, Saturday at 3pm & 8pm, and Sunday at 3pm. SoHo Playhouse is located 15 Vandam Street, between Avenue of the Americas & Varick Street -- accessible from the C&E trains at Spring Street. Tickets are $50 - $59.50 available at 866-811-4111 or www.sohoplayhouse.com.
